The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has released a new set of Physical Activity Guidelines. Since over two-thirds of Americans are overweight or obese, these new guidelines could not have come at a better time. The guidelines are much more detailed and specific as to which types and how much exercise is recommended. Click here to read more about the new guidelines. |
